we will appoint a site foreman to oversee the work, which takes care of on-site quality control and ensures continuity
throughout. We will provide a programme of works and request regular meetings with you to report on progress. As the
project evolves, plans can often change and we will always confirm these to you in writing along with any financial
implications. We will return six months after a project is completed to resolve any snags that you might have.
